I think the Lakers should hire more assistant coaches. If you look at the 19-20 Lakers season, we had Jason Kidd, and Lionel Hollins as assistant coaches both who have been head coaches previously.

Christie is one of those players in development purgatory. He’s too good for the G League but too raw for the NBA. He’d blossom on a tanking team with no expectations and lots of playing time to actually develop. He gets barely any play time here because we’re trying to contend.
