Despite his defensive shortcomings, he’s shown elite shotmaking in the playoffs and is only 24. In my opinion, his ceiling is enormous. I can’t understand why people are praising the Warriors trading him for a 38 year old CP3.

The warriors core is getting older and CP3 is old as well so they are gonna slow down the pace.
You can tell how young someone is by how much they value flashy offense and never think about defense.
Cause cp3 more than likely increases their chances of winning right now, and that’s what matters when you have Steph curry. Additionally the league is oversaturated with guards who do exactly what Poole does (guys like Herro, simons, Maxey to an extent, etc) and while Poole could absolutely rise above these guys and become a boa gods star guard, he has to proof it first
We’ll see. We contend for one more title with the core and it’s worth it. Unless you think you can win a title with Poole as your best player?
His skill set is not of a winning ball player. You don’t want that on your team.
