  • It was a very well built team. Poole was hooping, Wiggins was playing elite defense, GP2 was playing elite wing D, Draymond had a DPOY caliber year, Steph was a top 3 player, Klay could still shoot it, And Looney gobbled up every rebound.

People can shit on this current roster, but come on. If you watched that season you knew they were legit. The won the title on the floor at the Garden.

Go troll elsewhere where more appropriate

  • No, but there is something to be said about teams that have expensive middling QBs giving an experienced mid-late round Rookie a chance.

Purdy + Dak are great examples of how a disciplined, collegiately experienced QB can be a real value to an already good roster.

Getting cheap at QB and better at other spots is likely the new strategy.

I am looking right at the Seahawks when I say this. They could add 2 more significant pieces if they go rookie QB next year and be a legit roster. Similar story with the Vikings.

  • 5 defensive lineman scheme has caused issues in our ability to run the ball inside. Without Trent, we also haven’t been able to run the ball outside so teams can stay in that formation.

Purdy has been really good passing the ball down the field lately because those are the open throws, but he has been less than good in the tighter windows that having more people close to the line of scrimmage presents.

Overall, Deebo and Trent will change the way teams have to defend us and that will open the offense.

We’ve also had 8 drives inside the opponents 40 the last 3 weeks that have resulted in Turnovers, missed FGs, or turnovers on downs.

It’s not as bad as it seems imo. Things need to change and will, but there is a lot of hope.

  • Wiseman was the number 1 recruit in the country, played 3 games in college and averaged 21, 10, and 3 blocks, and was 7’1 250 pounds. 7’4 wingspan, and could run and jump and shoot.

Please stop with him being a shitty draft pick. Hindsight is 20/20, but he was the consensus number 1 pick before Anthony Edwards broke out.

If you actually want the details and data it was easy to see why they liked him. Everyone still asks “Why don’t the Warriors get a big? Or Are the Warriors to small to win the title?”

    Jeez
