I think spell casters need a break item. It just feels weird that only right click heroes can use break. There are a lot of spell caster cores that would really benefit from this. Not sure what the general thoughts are.

    Not to mention the unbalanced chaos it will unleash since many carries get fucked alot when their passives are broken.
