Considering all the guard swapping that happened in the eastern conference, would it make sense for us to get in on the action with Brogdon. Considering our lack of guard depth, and i don’t believe Dru Smith is our backup PG of the future, would going after Brogdon make sense for us? f Portland would actually trade with us this time, what would y’all be willing to give up?
He averages 50 games played per year. So no, he won’t help this team at all. He could average 50pts per game, but would be out when the game really matters.
Isn’t Brogdon supposed to have some mystery medical red flag that made him untradeable in Memphis’s opinion and that’s why Boston had to cough up their firstborn son Mahcus Smaht instead, but then Brogdon denies it, but nobody knows for sure?
As others have said most importantly he’s injury prone. So the fear of him being healthy when it matters is a major concern. Plus the blazers have no reason to trade him now especially with Simons out. You’d have to blow them away cause they can just wait for a team that suffers an injury or something before the deadline to get desperate and offer more than he should be worth.
Sometimes I wonder what makes people lack common sense
