These are professional football teams people, every team is loaded with talent and the best teams are only slightly better than the worst. It doesn’t matter who you play, if you don’t execute and/or turn the ball over then you’re going to lose.

This doesn’t now magically mean that Mahomes and the Chiefs are frauds. You won’t see Chiefs fans panicking at all, because they understand that there will be a couple stinkers throughout the season. Their fans certainly won’t be posting screen shots of the many throws Mahomes missed today either.

Let’s act like we know we’re contenders too, we had one of our stinkers. We just have to bounce back tomorrow night.

The issue is… the Chiefs truly aren’t a great team. They’ve had an extremely soft schedule and the few tough points they’ve had (us, Jets) they looked downright bad. I expect them to get blown out by Miami next week

I consider it extremely unlikely that Miami walks into Arrowhead and blows out the Chiefs. Mahomes averages about 1 home loss per year and Miami has lost to every good team they’ve played. The combined record of the teams they’ve beaten is 10-27. The Chiefs are the favorite for good reason.
