I’m confident he’s going to start playing better now that Reich is gone and the panthers will win more games in their final 6 than they won in their first 11. They’re nowhere near as bad as Reich made them look. I think the narrative will be that wow Reich really was bad and Tepper wasn’t a moron to fire him. Tepper should remove himself from interfering in other ways, but the firing was deserved and he’ll have little trouble finding a new head coach that will actually be willing to try something different when his scheme isn’t working
