Who is that player that is going to jump out and make a case for All-Star selection?

Someone we didn’t see coming…

My pick would be Franz Wagner.

I can see the Magic having a good record come the all-star break and as a result Franz and Paolo get selected in the East…

Who’s your pick?

Ayton. He’ll blossom and average like 23 and 11 while being top ten in blocks and shooting 60+%. He’ll even get some MIP talk.

I personally wouldn’t be too surprised. I’m not expecting it, but he’s more than capable.

Westbrook. I am not a fan. I don’t like the guy. I don’t like his game. But I think if he started rolling, he could get enough all-star votes even if he is inefficient.

I could see Desmond Bane getting some All-Star considerations with Ja being out for the first 25 games. He puts up good counting stats, plays great defence and I think the Grizzlies could start the season strong which could give him some nods. It’ll be tough in the West, but I could see him landing a reserve spot.

Austin Reaves, because of the Lakers fan voting bump.

Based purely on play? Jalen Williams.
