I don’t think Tepper is this Jerry Jones type that everyone is making him out to be. He doesn’t make the draft selections, he doesn’t scout players. He trust his football people, but he applies the pressure of wanting to win. I mean who wouldn’t, the guys he hired to win us games and build a winner have failed every year. I’d be impatient too

Reich was not the guy long term and Byrce you could tell did not respond well to him, the best move was to move on immediately, we all could see there was no way Reich would be back next year, so instead of keeping him in Byrces head the rest of the season, you rid the negative thoughts and bad vibes.
