So we have a few ground rules you have the same amount of prep they had aka apparently none. You can have any 4 powers you want but nothing to powerful that would easily sway the fight in your favor like omnipotence.

Super speed, invulerbility, flight and phasing. Able to play defense for team mates take damage and monuve with omniman. If I go intangabile than tangible in his chest no heart and dead omni man. Not a 100% on where a viltrmiate heart his put i think i could find it in a few tries.
If they all ran off in different directions technically some of them could have survived and alert Cecil but I guess they were too cocky to do this
