He eventually left in a more dignified manner but there is zero doubt he would have been let go had he chosen not to resign.
Really don’t understand the adverse reaction to calling for a coach to be let go. Seriously, it’s not like people are calling for a puppy to be murdered or something. On average 7 NFL HC’s get replaced every season. Such is life. Perform to the level of expectations or get that resume polished up.
