Another limited edition deck with a dead pixel in the center of the screen.

For those in the same or similar boat, should I just set up a return and roll the dice purchasing a new one tonight so that I’m not waiting on an rma? (Yes I know I’d be out of the cost of another deck while waiting for a refund on the first)

As I’m sure plenty of you understand, I’m pissed that a 700$+ device has a glaring dead pixel and adding insult to injury, I just bought a bunch of games during the sale.

my magpie brain wants gratification of collecting a perfect shiny BOE panel.

Plus I really like look/feel of the LE. Just because its sold out that doesn’t mean RMA won’t be possible for LE. I submitted my help request earlier today after receiving it.

2 dead pixels, 1 is really bad in middle of screen and glimmers green and pollutes entire area around it in tons of scenes, web pages etc.

Ugh. I’m sorry that sucks so much! They just now responded to my request and asked me to use my Steamdeck to take a SCREENSHOT (not a photo) of the dead pixel in order to see how to proceed. 🤦‍♀️
