I just semi-launched my website but am looking to improve it. Can you guys roast it?
I would appreciate any feedback and tips!
You’re teaching codes to kids.
But where’s the content? I didn’t saw anything related to curriculum, methods, and teachers.
Who are the teachers?
Before jumping into UI design updates, provide some value, there’s not much information that will attract me to sign up.
Provide the below items 👇
- Class contents
- Teaching methods
- Teachers
- Time-table of the classes
- Testimonials of previous students
- Social proof
- Add images related to teaching HTML
Not bad as a first launch. I would just say that your own picture is too low res and does not provide enough info about your background. A video demonstrating a session so we could see the environment would also be useful. Good luck.
This is a good landing page. Maybe you can add more social proof.
Looks so good!
I try to submit enquiry on your contact us form where I can write anything on Name and number even Email It submit the form. Here are some steps you can take to address this issue:
Client-Side Validation:
Ensure that there is client-side validation in place using JavaScript. This will help in providing immediate feedback to users if they try to submit invalid data. However, remember that client-side validation is not sufficient by itself and can be bypassed.
Server-Side Validation:
Always perform server-side validation to ensure that the submitted data is valid and meets your criteria. Never rely solely on client-side validation, as it can be bypassed.
Input Validation:
Validate the input on both the client and server sides. Check for the type of data expected (text, numbers, email, etc.) and ensure that it conforms to the expected format.
Escape User Input:
Make sure to escape any user input that is displayed on the page to prevent potential Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks. This is especially important for data that is output in HTML.
Implement Captcha:
To prevent automated form submissions, consider implementing a captcha or reCAPTCHA. This can help ensure that the form is being submitted by a human and not by a bot.
Use Prepared Statements:
If your form involves database interactions, make sure to use prepared statements to prevent SQL injection attacks. Also, year is still 2023 not 2024. We have 2 days to go ;)
It looks great as far as user interface goes! However I would recommend that you add some information about the qualifications of the tutors and some information about who is teaching the child.
Oh my gosh, it’s really good. I should put my website up it is bound to get roasted beyond my emotional response capabilities.
Let’s get in touch seems off. Maybe only “Get in Touch”
I would change the yellow aiwhoo to a.i.whoo
Im missing information about what you teach exactly.
Coding apps/web-apps etc is very different from coding games and it seems like you sent the games route but Im not sure.
The messaging in the hero section on the landing page is quite clear. I am able to understand the purpose of the company almost immediately. Overall, really well done.
From design pov it has some major issues
1.) Buttons are of different sizes
2.) Font selection for the title is >! Shit !<
