FYI this is all my opinion but I feel as though Winston and JQ need a buff, Winston has the same health as orisa yet orisa has more of a survivability rate than Winston so I thought of the idea that when Winston is inside his bubble dome he passively heals? Or maybe if not that he gets an extra 100 health? Now for JQ, I always think her healing per s isn’t strong enough since road hog can heal that much health and JQ only gets healing per s through her knife and axe etc, so it’d be nice if she got her healing per sec increased or maybe shorter cd for her roar? What do you think and what other tanks should get buffed? (Incase you aren’t able to read it this is MY OPINION, I don’t wanna get hate.)
