    I called out the flag on this play, but see it now. What had me think it was a bad call was it sounded like they called him for forward motion vs not getting set. Easy to correct and unfortunate that Tank didn’t get set out of the gate…just half a second more and that play would’ve counted.

    It just got posted on the Jaguars sub. Apparently the ref threw the flag before CJ got the ball out of his hands

      Correct, flag is thrown well before the pass is thrown.

      The video on the Jags sub also shows clearly that Nico was not set before Tank started the motion. It’s pretty dumb, but based on the wording in the rules it’s a penalty and the correct call on the field.
