After the introduction of the new Glicko system, the selection of games in a party began to give the same amount as in solo. Do you think this is fair?
In addition to the fact that some people have added a significant MMR, another part is simply boosted in the party. At the same time, these people drop out in solo games.
Found a good example of a player from enemy team who looses play like a divine in immortal bracket, but after 4 days magically got to top 3000eu.

Party games became a good way to improve behavior score and restore your MMR. I guess that with with 34% win rate this player get a lot of report during his solo games, but still no actions taken)))
And this will be just another thread that will be forgotten and overlooked because people will just say “lol just get friends and play in a party and u can do this too!” with missing the point entirely by a mile.
this is very common. more and more people are choosing now to play in party and grief solo mm players by holding them at gun point to pick them in draft, or they ruin.
just such a dogshit system that’s currently in play with 0 chance it’s going to get fixed cuz i feel like valve has given up entirely on this entire thing.
there’s only 1 chance this gets fixed, and it’s if big streamers actually get affected by it and they open the waterworks and somehow there’s an outreach to valve. but still, unlikely.
Matchmaking and MMR mechanics are way too convoluted. They both need to be simplified, with one caveat: HM on the losing team should not lose MMR.
