Hi, I bought BMW 530d g31 Lci, made 02.2022 13k km

But some how it has no apple CarPlay or Android screen mirroring at all! Not even purchasable through connect drive store?!

Car has all options including Connected Package Professional and 6u3 BMW Live Operating Area Professional

    Hopefully you just need a software update. Try under settings. Had to take my 19 G14 in to get updated by the dealer but then it worked.

    Have you attempted a reboot?

    If that doesn’t work, have you tried accepting being better off without CarPlay?

    Never mind it continues to show as problematic, the CarPlay experience is so…dated. It feels like something AAA hired Garmin to do. In the 90s.

      Emm what? Man I use it to display goggle maps in my f36 2016. Works flawlessly.

    Could be a victim of the chip shortage issues that plagued many vehicles produced in 2021-2022.
    Otherwise, it should have it as my 2020 X2 and 2022 4er both have wireless Apple CarPlay automatically included without additional upgrading/updating

      Yeah that is how it should be, bmw should remedy it now since shortage is out. There is nothing about decoded CarPlay in vin code though, so not sure
