Flynn has had many chances to prove himself and has only stepped up that one game last year. Why are we treating Flynn like a newly drafted rookie?

A break for the starters, and someone to bring the ball up when Scottie leads the bench. It’s a small but necessary role that sadly, the Raps don’t have a much better choice for.
The only other true PG is Schroeder, and he needs some rest.
The other player better at handling the ball is Siakam, but again, he’s getting rest.
And before you say just give it to Scottie. 1. Teams blitz him and force him to waste unnecessary energy. 2. There are better options for Scottie to set up the offense when given the ball past half.
