Imma guess Stormsurge has some potential. The AP Ratio on the proc is super big. And the AOE ain’t bad either. Oh and you gain 30 gold for some reason.

Rookern and the removal of Mana Mythic Liandry immediately makes me think that Rookern will box out a big chunk of AP champs.
20% max HP shield making it to live is an absurd number, and there will be a significant portion of the roster who can’t punch through until buying Liandry and/or additional %pen second and third.
