I think we’re all pretty confident in Wemby’s defensive abilities, but offensively what would you say he needs to improve on, and what are things you don’t like about his offensive game as of right now? It’s going to be a work in progress for him and the team to figure out what he really should be doing on offense, and the best way to work around him.

    I said it before but it looks like his teammates never wanna give him the ball when he’s open/has advantages. He gets the ball at the absolute worst times for him to and has to try and make something happen.

    He’s very skilled but he’s still pretty sloppy. This is one of the times not having a good point guard will hurt him. I’m still on board with point sochan. It’s part of the process, but I think you’ll want Tre Jones and Wemby on the floor together a lot more

      I don’t wanna believe that they’re purposely avoiding passing him the ball at the right times. I’ll chalk that up to them just missing good passes. If I were to believe they’re purposely trying to ice him out that would be a much larger issue in itself.

        Agreed. I keep seeing this narrative in Youtube comments and in here that players are trying to ice Wemby out, and that just seems out of place with everything we know about this team so far.
