I play on Xbox Series X. I have another friend with a Series X who has the same issue but my friends on Xbox One, PlayStation, and PC don’t.

I don’t see half of the messages in chat. I’ll see people responding but not who they are responding to. Even when they say “Hello” or their ultimate charge status, etc. I can hear their hero say it in game but it doesn’t pop up in the chat.

My husband plays on Xbox One and I can’t even see his messages in the chat! I think it may just be other Xbox players whose messages I can’t see?

I have no chat filters set and I have crossplay on and everything.

Does anyone know how to fix this?? It’s been going on for multiple seasons now.

    Same on series S, half of chat not appearing and voice lines like “hello” and “need healing”…etc sometimes just doesn’t appear and I have to rely on hearing to know other players needs
