I would be more concerned if they weren’t having conversations about these kind of things. They are scouting a new head coach as they should be. It is a large part of their jobs. The only way it really becomes a decision about moving on from Flus is if he wins at least 4 of the last 5. That’s when the decision-making becomes interesting.

With how well the defense is playing under his direct playcalling, I wouldn’t be surprised if they just aim to get a better OC.
