Then I just don’t understand then…if we have a dual threat in Malik Cunningham, then why isn’t Bill starting him? Or at the very least giving him reps?

We should be able to at least see what we have in him and if he is better than both Mac Jones and Bailey Zappe, then we don’t even necessarily have to go QB with our 2024 1st round pick.

    It looks like Cunningham is getting snaps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtokqgNqwY4. It looks like we will see if Zappe and Cunningham can be viable backups long-term. We never know if things will change, but for the time being it looks like Jones is out and possibly third string.

    It sounds like he isn’t really a dual threat. He’s fast definitely. But it doesn’t look like he can throw. I hope that’s not true because I really like him.
