    I havent been impressed but I also don’t think you can go from winning as many games as he did to being the worst coach in the NBA. At worst he is/was an average coach who had a great team…still an avg coach who was a “culture setter” by all accounts. The issue may be in pert him, but I think if/when something changes it needs to be the guy the entire world agrees has put together a roster that makes 0 sense.

    It’s not the solution and it’s not going to happen. Even if Gores comes and fires Weaver the next GM will have Monty as their head coach. Monty hasn’t been great but there’s definitely a disconnect with the personnel Troy gave him and what he wants to do. Monty is just guessing right now because the roster is such a mess. Not saying Monty hasn’t been bad himself because he has been.
