I feel like the realistic move would be a 2/3 year year contract as long as we commit to drafting our future qb with a season left on kirks contract. Kirk is too good not to have a young qb learn from. I guess it all depends on how Hall plays, but assuming they don’t want to move forward with him, another run with Kirk while we build the rest of the roster before going all in for a qb doesn’t seem like a bad idea.

Just worried about JJ now. They were balling but with Kirk out now JJ might just sit as much as possible and if all you do is watch your team lose it makes it easy to walk somewhere else with a better offer and a better qb

Eh, the Vikings have to move on for several reasons. He might stay to “compete” for a starting job, but he will never have a sure-thing offseason again.
