Hello, I’m looking for help in formation of a company and the operating agreement. The reason I’m looking for probono or low cost startup lawyer services is because I have been unemployed for a year and unfortunately don’t have the budget to pay for a big firm.

Some extra background information: not looking for funding for the best 12 months, not hiring employees, but have two additional cofounders.

Would anyone know of firms/people to refer? This would be in Virginia.
