A lot of media focus is going to be Damar Hamlin this week but the team needs to tune all that out. We know where everyone stands on that incident, night and his incredible recovery. The team mentally needs to be beyond it as the story here for this team is a MASSIVE AFC showdown. I believe the Hamlin incident indirectly ended the teams season last year. They lost that killer instinct you need to have in this league with razor thin margins and obviously you cannot blame them for that given the circumstance. They never looked the same after it, going 13-3 before it and looking lackluster the short remainder of the season. The Bengals are almost certainly licking their chops for this game and if we have any moments of lack of focus it’s likely going to a rough outing. Thoughts?
