The day is January 15. The falcons are demoralized after losing 42-3 to the cowboys in the wild card round in front of the home fans. Arthur smith is reportedly “safe” for 2024 after blank views the playoffs as a successful season. The falcons currently hold the 19th pick in the NFL draft, with eyes on moving up for Brock bowers
Fire those refs
we are such a hot steaming pile of dog shit and we are probably going to the playoffs 💀
We are like 3 plays into the Eagles/49ers game and it’s already more exciting than the entire game we just watched, LMFAO!
I know we have been playing some really bad offenses, but our D hasn’t allowed a TD in 2 full games now. 8 quarters with nothing but field goals. I think that’s pretty cool.
To think, we could have had Brock Purdy…
I just wanna take a moment to appreciate that Bates isn’t just a ball hawk, dude drop the hit stick on 2 sideline catches today for 1 incompletion and the other was caught but he made him pay the toll. Gotta appreciate physical play in the secondary.
One step closer to being bent over in the wildcard round
HAPPY DESEMBER EVERYBODY.
Winning this way pissed me off more than the dawgs losing
Probably just the drop in game quality. That was basically torture to watch
Two turnovers by the Defense and we couldn’t even scrape up a single first down between them.
Smith and Ridder both need to get the fuck off my team
It’s week 13. I’ve seen 6 different QB’s play for the NFC South. Who would have thought at this point that Ridder would end up being on top of shit mountain?
So barring something awful happening (and this is the Falcons so who knows) Atlanta will win the division and host a playoff game. Blank def won’t fire Smith and I wonder if Smith is convinced to give Ridder another year or bring in a vet. What are your guys thoughts on Smith most likely staying?
