I know we have been playing some really bad offenses, but our D hasn’t allowed a TD in 2 full games now. 8 quarters with nothing but field goals. I think that’s pretty cool.

Yes! I think he’s a good player so far, also he blocked and did a good job at NOT getting a penalty! I’ve seen so many great INTs and pick sixes get called back for a penalty on a dumb block

Ridder can make the good throws, a couple of amazing passes to London I thought, and perfect ball floated to Robinson for a TD. I think the plays just need to be easier for him, set him up for the easy plays, and he’s great. Get him to figure out the 5D chess Smith is trying to pull off and we’re screwed lol

This is what I’ve been saying. Our receivers are NEVER open, we never get YAC anymore, not since Julio. We need a better pass scheme, even if our guys aren’t SUPER fast, they should still get separation every now and then. Or, we need more 10 yard pass plays, we never seem to have those first down line catches.

I’m not trying to sound like a butthurt fan or a hater or anything, but after the way we have lost games, and WHO we have lost to… I honestly can’t trust this team to beat anyone else this season.

Other than our first win, we haven’t had a multiple score win, we eeked by in each of them. A few losses are by multiple scores, by BAD teams. We’re getting beat by BAD teams, and by rookies, backups, while half their starters are injured, etc.

Our defense has really been letting us down, and I haven’t seen enough people talk about that, it’s just AS they want gone… But our D, I know we have injuries, but so does every other team right now, but they have let us down on so many drives, and have given up HUGE plays that have clinched games.

Of course, our offense isn’t producing any good chunk plays, every damn completion feels like a celebration. Our receivers aren’t getting open, they can’t cause separation to get yards after the catch. We have no easy first down catches to wide open receivers like EVERY TEAM THATS PLAYS US GETS.

We have struggled WAY more than we should have against the worst teams in the NFL, we stand zero chance in the playoffs. I never thought we would lose to the Commanders, a team that had allowed 30+ points on every game BUT the ones against us, with Sam Howell, in his 4th start I believe. I never thought we would lose to WILL LEVIS in his first game. Let alone let him throw 4 TDs against our “top 5 defense” and I REALLY never thought JOSH DOBBS would go so hard on us, when he only won 1 game in Arizona, and only had 3 days experience with the team… it’s not how much we’re losing, it’s who we’re losing to and how. I literally have no confidence anymore we can beat any of the remaining teams, it will be by the other teams making mistakes, because we struggle to flat out win. We have only won 1 game by more than 1 score this season.

I say neither to be honest. I know rhe Bears AND Cardinals are a dumpster fire of a team, so it’s hard to say fairly if it’s their QB play, or the strength of their team as a whole that puts me off to them. Murray has had a lot of flash, but I really think his size is an issue for most offenses to run effectively. It became more noticeable as the years go by, more and more defenses have learned how to deal with short, small QBs.

Fields hasn’t shown enough talent to me to prove he’s a huge upgrade over what we already have. Small one? Maybe, but not enough for a playoff run I’m my opinion. A lot of film study shows he struggles with reading defenses quickly.

Exactly! But I’ve seen some comments about how AS doesn’t REALLY know anything about football because he’s a billionaire and bought this job lol like what!? I can’t even with some of these “fans”

Is this thread/sub full of Willis meat riders and will ALWAYS hate Ridder no matter what?? This post is engaging and fun, gets people talking and putting into perspective how different the draft is to actually football playing. This sub outside of posting just news is terrible. You say ANYTHING positive about Ridder or how we’re playing you’ll get a downvote.
