Look, I hate Allen and I’m not a Carr fan at all but never in my 30+ years of being a fan of this team have I ever rooted for us to lose. Would I be upset if we lose? No, I would be annoyed but ok with the result because that only gets us closer to the goal of the team firing people that are ruining our team. I may get down voted for it by the new fans who weren’t with the team prior to Drew but you can’t cheer for us to lose and then be all in on the wins. Fake as hell.

There is a difference between cheering for the Saints to lose…and wanting losses for the long-term betterment of the franchise. I’ve been a fan of this team for 30 years.
I was hoping for losses in 2005. The Haslett era had run its course…and it was time for serious changes to be made. Look at what happened. We get a high draft pick and select Reggie Bush. We hire a young Sean Payton…and get Drew Brees.
I have that same mentality now. This team is broken. Michael Thomas is on Twitter ripping Carr to shreds. Players don’t like playing for these coaches. Go watch Alvin Kamara press conferences this week.
If this team finishes 8-9 or 9-8…or if they find a way to win this shit division…we are going to be sitting here at the same time next year…having the same conversations we’re having now.

Brother, u gotta look at the bigger picture…do you want us to squeak into the playoffs, get blown out by Dallas on national TV in the wild card and then be stuck with this sorry ass coaching staff for another year while other teams in the NFC South get better? The Payton-Brees era is over and it’s time to accept that and build a new foundation in NOLA instead of trying to lap up the remains…

Agreed. I will not support a tank. Rebuilds fail all of the time. There is no simple fix to this mess, but a start is firing the entire coaching staff and going forward
Nah fuck that. I cheer for us to lose because if we win shitty games like this it only postpones the time we can spend looking for a new coaching staff or making progress that will matter next year. Anything we do under this coaching staff right now is useless.
