If he gets a HC opportunity, he will be an amazing coach or an abysmal coach. I don’t see there being anything in between. The number of HC jobs he hasn’t been hired for despite his qualifications makes it pretty clear that there’s something about him that makes front offices uncomfortable. I’m convinced that whatever that “something” will ultimately dictate how well does.
