Obvious missed DPI on MVS, but I wonder if he would’ve even caught it without the interference? Probably not lmao
I wait for the day people realize Veach has been the 20th best GM in the league but had a massive margin for error because his predecessor drafted 4 HOF talents. It’s great that he wanted Mahomes as a scout, but it’s even better that Dorsey listened to him and navigated the draft perfectly to get him. It was Dorsey’s final say. GMs always have scouts in their ears and it’s their job to decide whether to listen to them or not. That’s what they’re paid for.
‘But he built the defense’ Yeah, by trading the best WR in the NFL who was drafted by his predecessor and completely neglecting the offense
‘But he fixed the cap’ easier to do that than draft and acquire talent
He makes a lot of mistakes, and once Kelce declines and Chris Jones is off the team and his safety net is gone, if his decision-making doesn’t improve it’s going to get ugly.
