It was last season with a lot of diff players AND many players who ended up developing a ton in the offseason. So I don’t think the fact that they scored 35 in a Super Bowl last season that we won is super relevant to what they’ll drop this year.

Usually I’d want the team w the better record to lose, but here, I’ll say I want the ravens to win. If the bengals lose, the result of our head to head with them will matter less. We don’t have a head to head w the ravens, and so far we have multiple tie breakers against them.

I know that right now the bengals technically aren’t in the playoff picture, but we are what, two games out from falling out? And they’re one or two games out from being in? So everything is so close that any of the people with their same record could be competing for the one seed come actual playoff time. So I want anyone we have head to heads with to lose all their games so that it can’t possibly come down to a head to head tiebreaker

Yes but you have to understand that not everything makes sense to fix right away. Takes WRs a while to fully adjust to teams, we’re nearly halfway thru already, and teams like KC have to give up more because our draft picks are assumed to be late. I would’ve been ok to trade for someone but I also know it doesn’t always make sense. Just because they cannot address key needs RIGHT AWAY (because it clearly didn’t make sense with who was available at a decent price) doesn’t mean they aren’t going to be addressed. Obviously our WR draft picks haven’t been great but off season signings or trades could also happen. Just not right this second.
