Last nights game proves KAT is so bad

If rj is really taking a leap, it’s the same defensive problems but Kat is a better shooter. Gets rid of a lot of the spacing issues.

At this point we do need a shake up. I don’t know if Kat is it but we have seen Randle in the playoffs (1 with injury). I don’t think we can say Randle has a “winner’s spirit” just yet.

Alan Hahn was on the Knicks Fan TV podcast and pointed out Julius and KAT are essentially the same player. Rangey PF with spotty playoff record. Except Randle is more abailable. Doesn’t move the needle.

I prefer randle too not everyone is a playoff stud their first few go arounds He has to improve and prove it to us and himself. He does play bad against stronger guys (Zion and giannis) but he gives us 70 plus games and double doubles with nice range. Kat may be able to improve but i prefer randle I also prefer randle and mitch over embiid I don’t want embiid He’s the harden of big men Looks for fouls We may improve with him but idk that type of basketball is lame I like what we have… get a defender like OG and develop grimes more or get us Donovan mitchell if possible. KAT contract is crazy. We have gone further and have turned around faster with julius then we would if we had KAT the beginning of thibs tenure.
