They are in your armory and you can showcase them on your profile and mini-profile, so the items are not in themselves deprecated but yes, not sure why the collection page was removed
If you have 2022 stickers that you never added to this album, then you can showcase them on your profile. But if you did commit them to this album, then you no longer can.
That might be the source of confusion here.
