My only complaint is not trading Moss. He will be a free agent after this season and we shouldn’t invest more money in the RB position by resigning him. So trading him for at least something would’ve been a wise move.
Other than that I didn’t expect much from Ballard who’s conservative by nature and he probably views this as a rebuilding year anyway. It would have been nice to get a corner or another receiver though. Hopefully he is more aggressive this offseason with AR coming back.
Would have liked to see Moss traded for an upgrade or depth at corner.
I’m mainly confused about this year’s approach. It’s a lost year without AR but we also are trying to win, but also not trying to improve our roster?
We have depth in positions of luxury and nothing in some positions of necessity.
