After the Raiders fire him?
BoB obviously has the OC and QB coach role, but do we bring back Josh to take over the QB coach role from BoB?
Also, I doubt BoB will get an HC offer this coming offseason with the way our offense has looked. So bring back Josh to take over the QB coach role, BoB full time OC until he bounces for another HC gig elsewhere or we decide not to re-new his contract and then Josh steps back into the OC role.
I think Josh is one of those guys who is a better coordinator than he is HC. I feel like this has to be his last go around being a HC for a long while.

If the Raiders are paying him I could see the Patriots bringing him in as an assistant or consultant similar to Matty P or Joe Judge. Just to have another free set of eyes. But I doubt in any serious role.
