I haven’t played DOTA in a few years and started playing some again for fun. Anyway, I noticed the TI pool was a fraction of that it normally is. I also noticed the compendium had no skins in it? It was just loading screens or something?

What happened? Is there something going on? Or did valve just totally lose their minds?
