Welcome to Meet Then Enemy, /r/bengals Q&A Thread for each match up. We figured the fans on each team’s sub more about their team, so why don’t we ask each other?
This week we’re inviting the fans over at /r/buffalobills for some friendly Q&A. Bills fans, help yourself to some flair on the sidebar!
No trash talk or flamebaiting allowed, this is a civil thread.
Been asking this to every team we’ve played- What’s the best pizza in Buffalo???
Bocce is just phenomenal Buffalo-style pizza
This game is going to be so emotionally draining for whoever loses.
It’s only week 9 yet both teams are somehow in a spot where losing this game would almost ceremonially feel like the rest of the season is doomed (even though it wouldn’t literally be).
At the same time, depending what happens earlier in the day, with a win the Bills could end the night leading their division or the Bengals with a win could end the night being only a 0.5 game out of the lead of theirs.
Two questions for the Bengals fans. Do you think Burrow is 100% now? What was different last week that got the ground game working for the Bengals?
Rasul Douglas was one of the trades of the day yesterday. PFF #10 starting CB this season who should be a natural fit in McDermott’s scheme. Will be interested to see if he’s active on Sunday. With the Bengals run game leaving a lot to be desired and pass game one of the best in the league he could play a big role from out of nowhere in this game
