1: Cooldown nerfs were not the way. What a boring and minor way to change the heroes. Doubt it’s even going to do much to change the gameplay climate for the vast majority of players.

Where was the power moved? Instead of buffing dps and tanks in a way that mattered along with these changes they did… Nothing pretty much? Buffed d.va, an already decent tank? Nerfed doomfist? Are they stupid?

The complaints about support were not addressed at all… People want less healing. They complained about too much sustain (despite also saying in the same breath supp gets no value from healing, wtf’s with that) and… the healing and damage numbers are pretty much exactly the same. Nerfing utility is good but I don’t think these changes are gonna do much about the support is OP problem.
Edit: Zen is an exception. Bro got gutted.
You need to hurt the supports so the damages and tank mains have fun again but you don’t want to slaughter the supports so they don’t have fun. Realistically this is a small step for making supports not as strong and the team has already said that they plan on addressing supports again during the midseason patch with the hog changes.
So they’ve made some small adjustments, they’ll see if the changes went the way they wanted or if they need to go harsher or in a different direction entirely.
