The fact that 8GB is still even an option on a laptop this expensive is insane

BUT… humans are not logical, and so purchases are far from logical. eg: personally, i would get a bad feeling if i swapped my 8GB 2018 MBA for a brand-new Mac that also has 8GB. i just feel like the number should go up a bit. it’s silly, but that’s a factor for some people.
