I just finished a game playing as Poland. I built nuclear plants in two of my cities, but neither of them suppled any power to the cities, nor did they use uranium out of my stockpile. I had plenty of renewable electricity sources in both cities (and all over my empire), so I wasn’t really inconvenienced, but it seems very odd. I even tried decommissioning and rebuilding one of them with no luck.
I’ve never encountered this before. Has anyone else had this happen?
