997.1 C4S over 981 CS

I’m thinking of trading my 981 CS into a 2006 997.1 C4S manual. The one I’m looking into has high mileage at around 80kkm. What should be my concerns? I read that 2006 onwards 997 have the improved bigger IMS bearings and my biggest fear is having a hard time selling it in the future. My goal car is the 991.1 GTS so I don’t plan on holding onto the 997 for more than two years.
