Here’s some of mine.
" I think God it’s moving his tongue, there’s no crowd on the streets and no sun, in my own summer"
“You and me baby ain’t nothing but mammals, so let’s do it like they do on the discovery channel”
“I felt the hate rise up in me, kneel down and clear the stone of leaves, i wandered out where you can’t see, inside my shell i wait and bleed”
"CUT MY LIFE INTO PIECES, THIS IS MY LAST RESORT, suffocation, no breathing, don’t give a fuck if i cut my arm bleeding! "
And one in Spanish
“No te puedo dejar de querer, nos hemos reido y llorado los 3, yo quiero darte mi alegria, mi guitarra, mis poesias, y solo se me ocurre amarte”
The songs are (in order) : My own summer by deftones, The bad touch by the bloodhound gang, Wait and bleed by slipknot, Last resort by papa roach, Y solo se me ocurre amarte by Alejandro Sánz.
This one has gotten me through some some patches, especially for a couple of specific things. One has completely turned around, and I’m glad I waited it out. The other still creates some stress, but there are rewards along the way.
If there were no rewards to reap
(I must keep reminding myself of this) (repeats)
No loving embrace to see me through
This tedious path I’ve chosen here
I certainly would’ve walked away
By now
And I still may
And I still may
And I’m
Gonna wait it out
Wait it out
Edit: Edited some repetitive lyrics for brevity
We hate your music we hate you, too we got our resons, for what we do
you cannot hide, you stupid fucks We really think your music sucks
We hate - Sworn Enemy
Love how the tone alternates between rage and hate on the one side and this rational description on the other
Back in your own discomfort zone
It’s way too cramped and crowded
There’s an open gate to a clearer place
Not so overclouded
But i truly fear that you’re going clear
Somewhere in the distance
And my heart will break, if you’re gonna take
The path of least existence
- Amelia Part 2 by Dizzy Mizz Lizzy
No particular order
And I find it kind of funny I find it kind of sad The dreams in which I’m dying Are the best I’ve ever had Tears for Fears, Mad World
Despite all my rage, I’m still just a rat in a cage Bullet with butterfly wings - Smashing Pumpkins
Something more melodramatic
Well, the rifleman’s stalking the sick and the lame Preacherman seeks the same, who’ll get there first is uncertain Nightsticks and water cannons, tear gas, padlocks Molotov cocktails and rocks behind every curtain False-hearted judges dying in the webs that they spin Only a matter of time 'til the night comes stepping in Bob Dylan - Jokerman
Superb acoustic cover here by John Cruz , just a dude, guitar and a pair of flip-flops.

I have many many that resonate.
On another note, Foster the People .with their “Pumped up Kicks” , what a juxtaposition, that incredible mix of what in the fucking hell lyrics, with a such a boppy tune. HeyYa from Outkast similarly I guess?.
Lots of feels …
The dim lights in that crowded room
They came alive just as soon as
I saw you
As I saw you
What crawls out of a heart like this
Boarded up I’ve laid my bricks
But it’s all coming down
It’s all coming down
And though tomorrow scares the life from me sometimes
And though I know what sorrow means in my bones
And though the rain will always pour
I would rather feel it all than sleep anymore
I’d rather feel it all than sleep anymore
- Dim Lights by Orebolo
“And it’s whispered that soon if we all call the tune Then the piper will lead us to reason And a new day will dawn for those who stand long And the forests will echo with laughter”
- Stairway To Heaven
In keeping with their embrace and transformation of The Blues, Led Zeppelin lyrics are hopeful in the face of sadness.
