The Tesla Cybertruck, at least in its first model year, will likely not be available in an inexpensive two-wheel-drive version, a document submitted to government regulators by the company said.

    In Europe, even if you obtain a special drivers licence due to it being heavier than 3500 kg, it’s hugely impractical due to its dimensions;

Height	1905 mm
    • The length exceeds that of most parking lots; 5500 mm.
    • The width just exceeds 2000mm, which is a constraint on certain stretches of highways.
    • The height just exceeds 1900 mm, which is the maximum height in many parking garages.

    It’s almost intentional.
