Was your watch ok with 10.0? Was your battery draining very quickly with 10.1? Is 10.1.1 better or worst than 10.1? Thanks.

My watch was averaging roughly 24 hours on every previous 10 release, not great compared to 9, but a hell of a lot better than this on 10.1.1

Make sure you’re updated to the latest iOS version as well as watchOS 10.1.1. You should be fine after

Force restart: keep both buttons pressed until you will see the apple logo (10-15 seconds)

Overall battery life on my Ultra 1 was 100%. After being a battery drain victim of the 10.1 debacle, I updated to 10.1.1 and my battery life jumped down to 97%….because of their IOS F-up. How did that go unnoticed in all of the beta releases!?

I put my watch on at 7:30 AM. It’s now 10:02 PM. Battery is at 62%. I’m on Series 9.

After updating I did a force reboot while my watch was on the charger. My batter is currently at 61% and I last charged yesterday afternoon at 12PM. Next time you charge try doing a force reboot and see if that helps.

Did you turn you watch off and back on? Sometimes that fixes it. I haven’t had a battery problem after an update in years (but to be fair, I didn’t even attempt to do the previous update after seeing the battery issues everyone had). No issues on my end with this update
