Hi all, doing some research on Tank Dell.

Love the player, super explosive with the ability to flip his hips effortlessly. Few of the drops this past week were a bit annoying, but he made up for it with some spectacular plays (stop-and-go TD, final two catches).

Curious as to what his long term ceiling looks like. Will he continue to be a boom-bust guy, or will he eventually take over and become ‘the guy’? I worry about his size capping his ceiling, he reminds me of a TY Hilton.

In any event, would to hear what you think his future outlook is, and ultimately what his ceiling could be?

He reminds me of Tyreek Hill’s explosiveness. Shows that he can create that separation, go up and get it, and also because similar heights

Tank Dell has Justin Jefferson potential. Great Route Runner, elite athletically and good hands.

Potential is there and the beautiful thing is… He is creating softer and softer boxes due to his ability to get open deep.

Too quick in between routes to cover man v man.

He’s modern day Antonio Brown. Complete steal for Houston. Caserio found the QB & WR in the same draft

I wouldn’t compare it to TY. He’s not a deep burner in that fashion. Some people in the comments have agreeable comparisons imo. If developed properly, he’ll be that open guy in clutch situations.

Dell has supernatural agility. It’s hard to project his full impact because he’s small, but his deep threat credibility is legitimate (8th in the league with 16.2Y/C) and he moves the chains well (20 1st downs or 18% of the offense’s receiving first downs), and scores well. He’s got limitless superstar potential at this point tbh. I doubt there’s a DB in the league with the short area quickness to match Dell.

That said he only has 28 receptions (75th) so he’s going to need to pump that up to become “The guy”.
