I’m not gonna make the “Oh indie company” ironic argument here, but considering all the reworks and updates we’ve been getting, new heros, and the insane 2-3 month battlepass cycle, it’s true they’re putting on hard work.

While I do wish they made some updates faster (For hero preference), I understand they’ve been ACTUALLY working hard recently.

That being said, I’d personally prefer if they would make make the battle pass with less content, and focus more on hero reworks, but the games is free, so they gotta make money somehow I guess.

Blizzard and many other companies are constantly teasing their next update. “Oh you don’t like this part, well look what’s coming next month.”

This isn’t gamers fault, game companies now drip feed games. Releasing an unfinished game and slowly fixing it. gamers just want the full game and are hoping the next update will get the game there (it won’t).

People weren’t begging for new content when Elden Ring launched. don’t see people begging for more content for BG3 (again, maybe bug fixes).

But people want an update for OW because it’s not balanced, people want an update for Diablo because it doesn’t feel finished. This isn’t a gamer problem, it’s a development problem.
