I recently started playing OW with my 9 year old niece and she loves the game. We played consistently on weekends for a couple weeks but she was recently banned for cheating. She’s already reached out to customer support.
There’s 0 chance she actually was cheating. This was on her family computer and she’s not good with technology at all. Infact, this is her first PC game. Her parents use the computer occasionally but neither play games.
Has anyone else had experiences being wrongfully banned? If so, how did reaching out to support go?
It’s easy to get banned for something you aren’t doing as long as you are reported for it.
Were you smurfing to play with her? That’s considered cheating and can result in a ban
I made a new account so she didn’t have to go against people of my rank.
I just play support and pocket her so she can have fun.
You sure she didn’t google “overwatch cheats” and install something? Cause I know for a fact I was running cheats from Google on counter strike when I was like 10 lmao
Yes, I’m sure. My sister checked her search history.
Not at all. The only people who claim this are pathetic Internet losers that can’t handle facing consequences for their actions.
I made an alt account last month. I had probably played in it for little over 6-10 hours and it got banned after three days. There was no reason given in the account. All I did was play tracer and Moira in QP.
I mean I can still play in my main account but I had made that account to try out new dps heroes as it’s borderline throwing to play tracer in my main lol.
