• Glad Trae got it going in the first half, and got his confidence back but we still need to him perform like a star more often. He completely cooled off in the second half even though some layups rimmed out. He’s just gotta be consistent as our #1. Next game I don’t wanna see 5/19 shooting idc if we’re playing the Heat. If anything, this is a great time for redemption because he’s been struggling with his efficiency since that series.

  • Jalen Johnson continues to be a star for us. He is the answer for us. He solved our starting lineup and is undoubtedly our 3rd guy and a lot of times the best player on the floor. He completely raises our floor as a team. I predicted him to eventually be this good but not right away. His potential is limitless.

  • I don’t like that when Trae got it going the rest of the team fell asleep, it reminded me of 21-22 when Trae would get hot and we’d still give up points on the other end quick af. Seems like it’s either Trae getting it going or the team is going and Trae isn’t. When we find that happy medium we’ll a top 3 seed potentially. If Trae doesn’t play as bad as he did against NY and OKC, we win those games.

  • Snyder has been our savior man. His in game adjustments have surprised me because adjustments was a criticism for him in Utah. And I love that he trusts our players and is willing to experiment with lineups and rotations. He’s got all the talent and potential coming together with his development of these guys.

  • Dejounte is becoming EXACTLY what we want him to be as our second star. I’ll get more into him another day cause I can say a lot about what he’s done so far this year.

  • Lastly with Trae, he’s gotta focus on getting stronger in the offseason. With the improved defense and off ball movement he’s getting gassed a lot quicker and his shot has been short a lot this year. He’s gotta put in that work in the gym if he wants to take the next step.

5-3, with the Heat, Pistons and Knicks coming up. We should be 8-3 or 7-4 by next Thursday LETS GET IT!!

idk if it was just me but that second half from Trae was disturbing. The way he was chucking 3s made it seem like he was trying to prove a point or chase a record.
